The female stated that the male had short brown hair that was cut in a military style.
The male told the female said she was speeding and asked her to pull off on the side road so that he would not get hit by a car. She stated the male told her to cut the car off, take the keys out of the ignition, and to get out of the car. The female asked the male for his badge number and he stated he was new and would have to go back to his car for that information. She stated that when the male got back into the car, he took off quickly in the Royston direction on Highway 29.
